cant find my paper bag hat

Hi i had a paper bag on one of my accounts and i didnt play for long time now after logging in i couldnt find it on any of them - is it possible that somehow some stuff got bugged or more likely i somehow lost it and dont remember it now

Actually, if you have a way of checking what we have bought I'd appreciate you looking into my purchases too, only I also thought I'd bought a paper bag hat along with the devs suck sign but I don't have either. I'm not 100% certain about the paper bag hat but I'm pretty sure about the dev sign ... I think I got them at the same time tbh.

Well, there isn't very much information to go on. If you could dig up the PayPal/Xsolla receipt, I'm sure I could find out what happened to it.

Well, that doesn't really help me, the only receipt I get is a payment to Xsolla that shows up on my bank statement, it doesn't detail the items just the amount spent and as I regularly buy more than one item (sketch book pages for example) and don't remember when I purchased them (or even definitely if I did) I'm none the wiser.

Nvm, in future I'll just make a written record of purchases but I'm a bit surprised you guys don't have a record tied to an account of what that player has bought.

That I do have, of course, but when the problem is that someone doesn't even know what account they bought something on, as in the case of the OP, that's not really much help. :)

Hmm, it was some time since I made my test purchases with Xsolla, but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to e-mail you a receipt, which contains a transaction ID. That being said, I guess you're not forced to enter an e-mail address, in which case that would be difficult. Perhaps I should start sending receipts of our own to the e-mail address of the purchasing account. I've been thinking that's superfluous since Paypal/Xsolla are supposed to send you receipts, but perhaps that wasn't a valid assumption, then.

Yeah, I don't think they have ever asked for my email, I'm not certain as it was ages ago, I would have entered it if they do ask, but no, they have never sent me an email.
It would mean a lot of extra work for you though, so long as you know what we have bought, from my own pov, that's good enough, at least if there are ever queries you can check.

Depending on how you paid with xsolla you should be able to get the transaction number from the paper trail of the account the money was drawn from.
