Unable to report back to quest givers

Minor Quest Issue

I have a tree quest giver that asked me to catch a big fish. I did so and went back and there are no options. I am guessing I am to deliver a big fish to them. If so please correct the wording so i know what it wants. :?:

Latest patch broke the quest givers. Will fix, thanks.

Unable to report back to quest givers

I went back to the quest giver to complete the quest, and the 'report back' option wasn't there. One of my kin has found the same thing on every quest giver they tried. This seems to be since the new release - has adding the equipment slot to trees interfered with the quest givers?
