New discoveries do not count

So I was cleaning chickens right now and I cleaned a whole large chest + 2 chickens in my inventory later. Only when I cleaned the ones in my inventory, it gave me the LP for discovery since the corpse stays in the container if you clean it, I didn't get it before. I think it is probably not supposed to work like that :3

Iirc it was always that the discovery is triggered when a new item was added to your inventory.

Yeah, you need to actually pick them up. Not a bug, albeit perhaps a little peculiar.
