I am red handed but I can tp back to my hearth fire just fine. The details of the debuf tell me I cant hearth no matter what, but my hearth will offer me protection after the crime is no longer fresh, but does not mention allowing me to tp until its completely gone.

Are you sure you're not just outlawed by now? Red-handed doesn't last that long.

Had to exit out of game and reopen to see they I was outlaw. Probably a client problem

Ah, right, the buff doesn't update properly when it transitions. Will look at that. Thanks for the reminder.

I have a vague memory of this happening to me as well, but testing can't reproduce it with any ease. Won't pursue further without new reports or info.
