Game thinks I completed the gardener's credo

I'm able to plant cavebulbs despite being on part 4 of the credo. I think it's because I dropped a lot of quests and might have technically completed more than would have been required to finish the credo.

when i was doing Nomad i gained one column of inventory close to the end, but I thought it was intended as an incentive to keep going

Can plant Blood Sterns, Farming +5
Can plant Cavebulbs, Farming +5
Halved soil and water required for gardening pots.
Can plant Chiming Bluebells, Farming +10
Doubled yield from gardening pots.

U can plant cavebulb after finish level 2

Oh, you're right. I guess credos were updated since I last checked. I thought you only got the perks once you finished the credo completely.
