So I decided to study a bond of blood and soil, put a curio on a character and logged it out... and forgot about it for some time. I came back to this.
The claim however transfered properly and now belongs to this character.

Working as intended.Looks like a custom client issue to me.
Just a reminder that any time you find a graphics or other apparent glitch when using modded clients, you should double check in the default client and make sure it's occurring there, too.

No clue what that is, except a custom client issue.
