Java error - game close after loading map

Hello,

I've formatted my computer and since then, the game crashes : I can connect, the map loads and then the client crash.

I've tried official client and Amber, the problem remains.
I've searched on many forums but i'm still unable to fix the problem.
I've found a log in the Ambert folder, which says :

I use Windows 7 x64
I have JAVA 8 ver 161 for x64
My graphic card has the latest Nvidia pilot

I'm desperate I can't harvest my crops anymore :cry:

Well, the problem is that it doesn't matter what Nvidia driver you have as the client (and thus Java) are trying to use the integrated Intel GPU. (Unless it's a couple of specific models, using the 64-bit Java and thus drivers should fix any other issues, though.)

See this thread about making sure the Nvidia graphics are used instead of the Intel: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=50999 It should fix the problem.

You might want to make sure the Intel drivers are up-to-date, too, while you're troublshooting. OR outright disabling the Intel GPU in BIOS if you feel up to doing so or have someone handy that can.

how do you add H&H to the list ? in the thread they add PES , but i cant find H&H amber client

You'll actually want to look for java.exe (if using a custom client) or javaws.exe (if using the standard client).

For a typical installation look for:
32-bit: C:\Program files(x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_161\bin\
64-bit: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_161\bin\

UPDATE PROBLEM SOLVED
Hi !

I've tried all the official (Intel, Nvidia...) pilots updaters... They all told me my pilots were updated and OK. But my problem remained !

So i've tried an unoficial website (it's a french one ; "touslesdrivers .com" which means "allthedrivers" ; and i don't know if an equivalent exist in another language, but i'm sure is does).
The "allthedrivers" program found a lot of obsolete drivers that the official tools didn't find !
I've installed a pilot for my graphic card and a pilot for my processor... and now I can play again !

Intel driver i've installed : Intel HD Graphics 2000/3000/P3000 15.28.24.64.4229 WHQL
Graphic card driver i've installed : NVIDIA GeForce 6/7 309.08 WHQL

But i'm pretty sure it's the intel one who solved the problem.

Now I can breathe... and harvest crops

Hello and thank you for your many answers !

I've tried many things : java 8 or 9 doesn't change. I can't find java 6 or 7 to try them

I've changed the nvidia parameters for java.exe and javaws.exe to use nvidia processor : nothing. (trying on amber and official clients)

I've also changed a system advanced parameter, in the debugging information writing I've set to "partial image memory" instead of "root image memory" : still nothing.

I've checked processor pilots update : nothing
And graphic card pilots update, with geforce experience : nothing

All these are parameters i've never touched when the game worked, before my formatting.

I don't know what to do more.
