Raw Hide + Unleash

If you have a horse leashed and you rawhide, it causes the horse to be unleashed regardless if it a wagon or a hitching post. I am not sure why a leashed horse to these objects should be unleashed when rawhided, seems like a bug.

EDIT: It's unleashed from wagons, but not from hitching posts. May look at this when we redo wagons.
