That's because stats from credos are added to your base (white) stats, not as (green) buffs.

I haven't looked at this, but I strongly suspect that you are simply misremembering what values you had before completing the credo. What makes you believe that you didn't receive the reward? What value did you have before completing the credo?

the stats came when you finished the first 2 quests on exploration, 4 quests gave you perception. you don't gain the stat points a second time when you finish the credo. you can lose the bonuses if you abandon the quests enough that you drop down a tier in credo level
2 quests - exploration +10
4 quests - perception +10
6 quests - speed bonus when chasing small animals
8 quests - increased baseline of herbs picked.
10 quests - a chance to double herbs picked.

What makes you believe that you didn't receive the reward?

Most likely because the reward isn't visible (as it's just an increased white number).

A way to avoid such issues could to actually show it in the mouseover tooltips as base + credo_rewards +/- buffs
(instead of base_incl_credo_rewards +/- buffs)

I remember just becose my percepcion was 68 a lot time. And i was sad i need eat a lot to train othere skills. Idk mabe i didnt see but still if i get i get only mabe exploration but not perception then that is still strange.
