of course I trying to take out. that's why 2 balls are stuck.

how can I take out?

I think the cold make them smaller and then they rolled back themselves...

Moved to Bugs. Maybe devs can take a look at this and see if they can prevent it in the future.

Not sure we can prevent 100% of things like this. Will try to look at it.
