Barely starving horse

This horse is standing like this for week, probably even two. Compared to how much animals eat from fodders, I'm quite surprised it's barely starving. No food throught in it's reach, it's tied like this. The only thing it could eat would be grass-tiles but not sure if this is the case here (visible tiles are from leveling). Will try further testing underground maybe.




edit: after 8 days of testing, seems it's fine, doesn't matter or insignifically if it's tied or not.

the grass works as 10q fodder. see all the dirt patches? that's from the horse eating grass

if the horse was higher q, you would see a larger deficit of the welfedness meter
