Possible credo quest bug

I think I might need some help with this.

I was doing Credo quest. Done three of them and when I was about to finish the fourth one I've decided to look what it is saying in the credo panel about my level. I think it was 3/5.When I've done fourth level quest without closing credo panel and looked at it my credo level was still the same.

There're 4 completed quests and the level of the credo is 3 out of 5. Is it how it is supposed to be? I thought that you get a level for every quest you do. So... Isn't it supposed to be 4 out of 5 then?

Each level requires X number of quests. Yours is 2 quests, so you finished level 1 after 2, and level 2 after 4. The number of quests required per level changes based on number of credos completed and number of deaths.
