Borewomr spawned in deep water

Hi, I found boreworm spawned in deep water. It was near shore, so I could kill it. But it was unable to move and I have to swim to butcher it. Bones and other stuff that droped into the water.

Yeah I've had about 4/5 in the water but luckily had a boat near by each time and was able to retrieve them.
