I had a scythe and somehow i ctrl clicked it when moving between cellar and to the main room(in the loading screen), deleted the item out of existence, reproduced it with a bronze sword, rip both items q_q

They're "inside" the cellar door model. Only way to get them out is to have identical item, drop it on the floor next to (not on top) of the cellar door and shift+click it (may need Amber for it.)

Don't they usually visually appear ontop of the cellar? Oh well, nonetheless, I retrieved the items thanks to you, but I still believe this should be fixed

Might be something that can be done client side--make a normally passable tile invisible so you can click on what's underneath? Might need a server redesign, though--possibly easy, possibly moderately to heavily intensive or hard due to other issues.
