Why ingame tokens cannot be put into barter stands

According to this, tokens aren't account bound and it makes a lot of confusion that before this patch (probably) some people had their tokens put as payment method and now it is impossible. It doesn't make a lot of sense and just wanted to know if it is a bug or a result of un-told explanation or something else.

Tokens are in a grey area I guess , they can be stored in your hf , just like hat , but you don't have to transfer ownership tho ...
So yeah I didn't know the answer few hours ago , I still don't know , but the hf thing might have something to do with it.

Are you saying you can't trade tokens via barter stands? Because that shouldn't be the case, and indeed when I test it I can trade them perfectly well.

I mean when I put token into container and use whatever item for purchase, it works.

But I can't use the "change" button to set token as customer payment. Change button doesn't react for token item. Asked someone else to do it and they couldn't set token as payment item as well.

Recently I was questioned if my character discovered token as item, I'm sure it did but will. I'll try to re-learn it again tell if it worked or not.

Topic can be erased or locked, it turned out my character somehow forget somewhere it knows what token is and I had to re-discover it.
