Stuck with coracle on cursor

I returned to my hearth fire with my backpack full and a coracle on my cursor.

Now i'm stuck and will basically starve to death as i'm a lonely hermit with no alts.

Please allow us to drop the coracle on our own hearth fire.

Alt + Left Mouse Click should let you move while holding something on your cursor.

Can one open gates with an item on the cursor?
