Client hang

Hello.
When I press Ctrl+Shift+2, game hangs.
I use this shortcut for switching to Russian language.
OS: Win7 SP1 x64, Java: 1.8.0_131

Same problem with OpenJDK 11.

BTW, latest Java versions comes without JWS, so another startup mechanism needs to be designed.
As a hack, here is my command line for startup:
