Bow Cooldown

When swapping weapons to a bow, cooldown doesn't apply to aiming and shooting a bow.

I'm more in favor of reducing/removing weapon swapping cooldowns, but yes, this is an inconsistency.

using sword and then having a bot that swaps your weapon in the click of a button to a b12 to cleave isnt something i wanna see return.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.
