Claim rights after teleporting

If you use roads and road ends up (or was blocked) in someones claim, then you still can teleport inside and walk around without having criminal acts on and not mention that no scents gonna be left. Dunno, maybe i missed something in updates, but dont think it was like that before.

Did you still become redhanded? You might just not see your criminal scent you left.

Nope, nothing. For example i was just wandering around, using random roads, one road ended blocked in claim, but before teleporting or when i teleported to there i didnt get any message that land belongs to someone. Had no criminal acts on, so i was just walking around pali, until i walked bit to the side, then i realized that i was in someones claim, because was not able to walk back where i came from.
Also i tested this with a friend, i have road that ends up in my claim, when friend teleported, got message that claim belongs to someone but could walk without problem (no criminal acts on, no scents).

I've had that experience lately myself, using a road and appearing on someone's claim with criminal acts off. But I'm betting that a more serious crime would require you to turn on criminal acts to perform it. Is it possibly for you to verify that? Try and lift/steal/bash something?

When wild animals decay they lose their skin first, then bones, then vanish. Also, you might not be able to see the hypothetical scents, if someone is criminally skinning your animals.

Okay, then its my bad about that, thought differently, because before animals was standing in pclaim for a few weeks without decay, and only now happend.
Anyway, trying to teleport to pclaim where you dont have rights (and criminal acts off) should lead to message that land belongs to someone. Nor should be allowed trespassing without rights or criminal acts on, if you somehow ended up in someones pclaim.

Intended.
Give a man a game engine and he delivers a game. Teach a man how to make a game engine and he never delivers anything.

Which would lead to a flood of posts that would read like
victim #173 this week wrote:I'm new to the game, used a road and afterwards couldn't move, some strange people laughed at me and then attacked and killed me. I couldn't do anything. #!&π@$%!

That's why you don't need to activate criminal acts after teleporting onto a claim to trespass.
