Quest progress lost on logging out

Postby Dondy » Mon Dec 10, 2018 12:33 am

I am working on the fisher Credo, and was given a quest to make a poppy wobbler and catch a crab. No problem. I made the poppy wobbler and logged out intending to catch the crab today when I log in again.

Upon logging in I see that I both have the newly made poppy wobbler in my inventory, and the quest line item that was green when I logged out has gone yellow again, showing that I need to make a new poppy wobbler.

In another thirty seconds I will make another poppy wobbler so this bug is obviously a minor inconvenience at most. However, if it had happened after I had used something rare and hard to get to make a quest item I would be distraught and think the devs were conspiring and out to get me.

Figuring that there's a possibility that you had a quest to make X poppy wobblers. Otherwise no clue, and have never seen that before.

I thought about that, but remember looking at the two lines of quest information, one yellow and one green and feeling satisfied about having gotten it started. However, anything is possible.
