Char drowned

inherited char still has swimming toggle on, cant toggle of because no swimming discovered

If your character doesn't have the skill (and therefore cannot swim), how do you even know whether the toggle is on or off?

Broken Custom Client feature, you cannot swim and not a default client bug, move to Wizard's Tower.

Isn't this the same as the issue with the menu items where they don't (or didn't) go away on death or logging out? You had to exit the client and restart to clear the state of unlocked items.
