Boat disappeared(character died)

I'am haven and hearth player for long time and today my character died because of strange bug.
I was in the boat and suddenly it has disappeared and my character drowned.

You took a boat into the high seas. There's a warning before you go out there.

I entered high sea but there wasn't any information and i was kicked to menu where you can chose character and when I entered game there was no boat.

Yeah, be careful. Even a properly tarred rowboat explodes in a couple seconds on the high seas.

Looks like boats taking damage in open water was missed on the patch notes. it was pretty thoroughly discussed in the lead-up to the world release, though, from jorb making the announcement his last dev stream, so was considered "common knowledge."

Sorry for the loss. Shallow ocean water is safe for any boat, but deep and deeper water is limited to sturdy boats only (currently knarr only, but we've been promised a new, cheaper boat, too).
