As subject says, while using :lo it doesn't show the logout animation, literally unplayable.

Just using ":lo" forces the logout. You'll get logged out, but you may be left hanging in game for several seconds or logout under conditions that can leave the character at risk. ":act lo" checks for the conditions to be safe, or else doesn't log you out.
