I KO'd a couple guys, stole their bond and soil. It studied. When i return to use their gates, I own the pclaim, can build on it fine. Except when i use gates, its still leaving trespassing scents.

Edit: Doesnt even let me use it without criminal acts on, yet im able to build on it without any scents.

Are you sure the claim has really transfered, not that you've been given vandalism by claim permissions...?
