Unless I've just got very very VERY unlucky, these things don't seem to give combat discoveries. I've just killed like 11 of them and didn't get shit in terms of discoveries. Usually the first time I kill an animal that I haven't killed before I get a discovery, but alas, here I killed 11 and got nothing.
Can anybody else confirm if they've learned moves from these things?
