Not getting new quests

Hi

I moved to a different place far away from my old base and i abandoned all my "tree" quests hoping that i would get new ones closer to my new base, but so far i did not get any new quests. I tried using commune with nature spell and it worked, it gave me one quest which i completed but have not received a new one.

Not sure if it is a bug, maybe someone knows?

The length of time it takes to get a new quest after abandoning all gets longer the more you've completed as I understand it.
