Knarr Disappearance

Sailed the ocean for a regular nomad credo, my knarr hit 75% damage and then just vanished bit later, and i just drown. Well in patchnotes there were mentioned tornados and some dangerous stuff, but it was clear ocean - not even whales around, maybe invinsible?
Can developer explain whats happen? Its a Bermuda triangle?? Is it intented? If its a bug, can i be recovered?

Knarr man, not a boat. Just today i sailed from south continent to north two times on it and it was ok.

Actually knarr can hold up this damage roughly 10 mins for 25% of it's hp

no vortex on map.. and we not saw any of them in oceans.

Probably got one shot by a secret shark not mentioned in the patch notes. That'll teach you to attempt inter-continental travel.
