Fix wierd beetroot flower menu inconsistency

Living in Australia, the latency to HnH is terrible, so one gets used to holding down the flower menu option # button before it appears for common tasks, like studying, butchering, etc. Hence a unified interface is a good goal, and when items can be eaten and studied, usually study is the first option:

On weird beetroot, inexplicably, the options are swapped. I ate two of these in W9(?). Pls fix.

Though I think the menus should be consistent and jorb's stance on some of these issues is misguided.

As an update to this: I would like to make weird beetroot poisenous to the point of insta-death, that would save me the trip to the shore to drown my character should it eat one, again, again.

@Loftar: please make the menus consistent, fucking with peoples muscle memory is plain evil.
