"Whisper" quest never comes

You now need to have gathered a lifetime total of at least 10k LP, and have the Hearth Magic skill, before you will receive your first (A Whisper on the) Wind quest. You will stop automatically receiving quests if you cut down Wind quest givers that you have quests to, but will still be able to use commune with nature to get quests.

My character has met all of these requirements for about 2-3 days now. Still no first quest. I did all of the tutorial questing as well.
A few others in the Discord have said the same thing. New characters aren't getting their first quests.

I used magic to take first quest on a new character, after waiting 2 - 3 days without. Old character got the quests immediately I think

This was a part of last patch. need 10k LP and hearth magic to get quests. going to jump on my alt tonight and actively play to see if I pick one up.

Bugs happen. It's how they get fixed that matters.

that said, extend the tutorial out another quest. Last one will be "1) Earn 10k LP. 2) Buy the Hearth Magic skill. 3)Cast the spell 'Commune with Nature.'" Make sure that the players have earned enough for this first one either by upping earlier rewards, or giving it as a "refund" on completing this quest.

I've got hearth magic and 20k+ LP on a new char and it still has no quest as well. Seems like it may be bugged after the change.

Really don't want to have to waste experience on it.

Been playing about 45 min since I made that post, nothing. Going to say it's borked. Fix plz!! (Cause this is soo much more important than a server update! )
