You'll have to retry explaining it or try the picture again, sorry but I can't quite understand the issue. Something about horses being blocked/caught on rocks?

I think this is more of a "bug issue" than a request for a feature change. Moved to the appropriate forum.

As long as the leash connection isn't broke, you should be able to hearth home with it. Sure, it sucks that you might have wandered through caves for an hour to find that position, and now your horse is stuck, but it saves losing the horse.
