If this is what happend there might be an issue with wounds turning into bigger wounds while already being healed, as the only wounds that I had unhealed were cuts and scrapes / nicks and knacks. Everything else was already treated with first aid of some sort.
Is it maybe possible that wounds getting worse from existing is a (un)intended effect of making healing items not change the entire wound to a "healing wound" and just treating it over time?
