Constructing an Herbalist Table

Constructing an herbalist table uses an astronomical amount of stamina compared to say constructing a stone tower. A single table costs 50% stamina. That's crazy enough to seem like a bug honestly.

Makes the game harder. Cool. Will consider increasing stamina drain in stone tower construction, for consistency’s sake.
