You changed it to use any egg, but the finished item still says fried chicken egg.

Also seems like one can't put a Magpie Egg into a Cauldron inventory in order to boil it

Somewhat unrelated to topic name, but still connected to variable eggs in food:
Perhaps Chicken Egg should not be displayed in food's tooltip as ingredient/effect as it doesn't affect result's FEP. Or does it :?
Just for consistency: mixed milk/butter, honey, water, and rendered animal fat aren't listed there
