pony power bug

Idk if thats new or wat not but i noticed my horse was like at 30% pony power and somehow it got back to 100%.Thing is i didnt even have the haven magic skill for pony power at the char i was using.

that's how tamed horses work since always
satiety is converted into pony power over time

No it is a bug, i tried to ride one of my stalions the other day but it was 30% when i jumped on it, few sec later my mate jumps on the same horse and its 100%
