Did you have a bucket or anything else on you with cows milk in it? I'm not sure of the crafting orders when it comes to containers and buckets in hand. I know cupboards and stockpiles come before inventory. I'm not sure about barrels.

The recipe doesnt takes any milk. On ur gif the amount of milk in the barrel before and after crafting is the same. The resulting recipe showsh from which milk was made butter.
We should have probably icon or any info at tooltip about milk source type at butter.

Lol, yes. It's because butter was made from cowsmilk, not sheepsmilk. Didn't pay attention to it. Thanks.
