Is it intended to allow people to have village claims cover local resources ?
I seem to remember this being disallowed and made so you cant do it with idols or personal claims but I could be wrong.
Seems you can cover them by using village banners.

Just checking to see if this is as intended or clever manipulation of broken mechanics.

Only P-claims can't do it.
V-claims always could but with higher *laughable* auth cost.

Even if you couldn't vclaim them people would instead bubble a vclaim around them and wall it in regardless.
