field cairn hitbox issue

i placed this field cairn a little too close to the back of my windmill here, and, now i can't interact with or destroy it. is it salvageable?

Just to say it in case you aren't aware: hitboxes displayed by modded clients are not considered accurate. From the image, you could probably access it if the wall wasn't there. Looks like either of the sides you can approach are going to be interfered with by the windmill it is next to and/or the wall. I don't know if removing the wall would be an option.

so, it seems the field cairn's hitbox needs to be in the total center of the player's hitbox in order to be accessed / destroyed. if i'm never able to do that with the one behind the windmill, then it's lost to the nether, forever. unless i destroy the windmill, which isn't happening. i'll live with it being there if i have to.

No idea if setting up a wrecking ball in the space where the palisade is would allow it to destroy the cairn and leave the windmill intact. It's what I was thinking of.

I've just run into this problem as well. I can't interact with the cairn at all.

The whole point is it should have a larger hitbox so you can't inadvertently make them inaccessible. Doesn't matter what the "clients" show.

Sure. I feel like the screen shots demonstrate that the hit box may not be the intended size.

Client hitbox or not, if you cant access it you shouldt be able to place/build it either

Problem with this is that you have to stand outside its hitbox when you build it, but you have to go in the center of its hitbox to access it.
