There ya go, I've suffered through the original client launch to make this screenshot.

I believe this is some sort of bad math in the calculations of how the parts affect the result involved. Looking at you, loftar.
Probably some part (wheat flour in this recipe) cancels out the optional part (chives in the Roasted Roach meat recipe), but the cancelled out FEP is not removed from the resulting item for some reason.

I wasn't sure what client you were using or settings. I have seen some very small numbers, one ten thousandth or hundred thousandth, or something like that one one of the food items.
