Monocle vanished into the wardrobe

I built a wardrobe and undressed my char into it for the first time and my monocle went in and never came back out. I didn't notice anything unusual. No game crash, client crash, lag, or anything like that. I hit the undress button, freaked a little because my belt full of tools went, so I hit dress from button to get everything back and it was all there minus the monocle. I did try hitting the dress from button once again but nothing.

Certainly not naively reproducable in any event. Monocles dress/undress fine. User error seems possible. Would need more to go on to pursue further.

Did you open the different setups in the wardrobe to make sure it wasn't still there?

I have since then, of course but nope, not there.
