i'm thinking its because we have a will set for fast travel and I took it off right after but still a little weird.

What's weird about it? you've travelled 1300 meters out of a possible 1000 (or whatever distance your will allows you to travel). Would you rather it just say "100% Travel weariness" and not change at all for the next 8 hours? We'd probably get a lot of reports complaining about how something doesn't work right. If there's a better way to convey the information, please make the suggestion.
