Trees planted with pot stuck again

So, the last days of autumn i've planted some trees - pears and apples. Some of them stuck on 50-60% during first days of winter.
Will they unstuck? Is that a bug or intended?

UPD: Probably they are just slowed down just because snow tile generated under tree
