Map not fully displayed at one zoom level

When I set the map in the middle zoom level, there's an empty space between where I am currently and where I was before. If I zoom in or out, it displays correctly.
After I restarted the application, the part of the map was visible, but if I kept the map open at the middle zoom level while I moved, new areas where I moved again didn't appear.

I'm using windows 10, java 1.8.0_231-b11.

About the display drivers, I see two in device manager:
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
and
NVIDIA GeForce MX150.

Probably the problem is caused by slow disk read rate. If you will wait 20 sec - 1 min it will load.
Having same issue.
