hearthfire doesn't "open"

Hello,

today I was trying to "recieve items" from my hearthfire ... I had an imense set of hats (largely thanks to my two years of gold subscription), some tokes and nearly 2 dozend Sketchbook Pages.
when I press "recieve items" nothing happens ... I tried it on another character on that account and it failed to do so again:
Another account however is perfectly fine doing this, so I guess it is a server side problem? I don't know really, but I do know that I need a helping hand with this, because this probably won't resolve itself

PS: I am faiurly confident that my account wasn'T stolen and all of the items transfered to another player since I have some active friends that confirm that I was not online on hours I pointed out I was not.
