Death on Village creation.

I just formed a village with my friend standing within it's territory and as soon as it was formed his character dropped dead. Known bug?

If your friend was somehow not recognized as having permissions, did something that would leave scents, had exact 1 SH, and very low HHP, I can see this as possible. The part I can't figure out is, if they were in a party with you to found the village, it should flag them as having any appropriate permissions for "white village members." (I believe party members are treated as having all permissions on village claims similar to personal, but I'm not sure on that without digging or testing to be sure.)

More specific details might be useful, such as accounts and character names. If there's anything you don't want to share publicly, PM them to jorb or loftar.

Accounts/Characters involved? Did the village form? MagicMan's suggestion is the only thing I can at all think of. He could perhaps have had leeches or the like on him as well.
