Picking quest

Postby shubla » Fri May 15, 2020 7:30 pm

Got a quest to pick 2 stinging nettles, I picked one, but got two because of the forager credo.
Now I have to pick 1 stinging nettle still, why? I picked 2, it should count as 2.

With what search words are you supposed to find that thread by this thread?

I want to report another trouble with picking quests. Picking chives from garden pot didn't complete my quest, but harvesting from pot is a "pick" action for sure.

Lol, ok you got me there, I remembered it, but it was still on the first page of the bugs threads at the time, so not that hard to find tbh. :)

"Pick" in this flower menu should be changed to "harvest" to avoid confusion and general consistency.

Please, no. I would like to see my quest is complete with this "pick". Because it is really not fun to travel across whole continent to the Sombre Bramble biome several times in a row for chives, or abandon bunch of quests, even regular quests. It is really not fun to wait proper season for completing your quest when you can just plant and pick an objective of quest.

And this is why I'd object to such a change. If it's a forager quest, it's about finding it in the wild. If it's a gardener quest, it's about growing it in pots.

it makes sense. you bend over just to pick one, just because by the elder gods magic you find two, doesnt change the fact that you just did one pick action not two

It was a regular quest, but I agreed with you about credo quests. Ok, how about change "pick" to "acquire" for regular quests?
