pclaim destroy

i saw new pclaim in a place where i dont want it, but i cant interact with it using destroy option, tried on few others its not working too, its a bug or im doing something wrong?

i have siegecraft even,
the thing is i cant interact with it.
not even: you need to have criminal acts active or whatever.
regaldless if i toggled it on or off

perhaps there is some gate on the claim that you've passed before trying to destroy the claim? otherwise it is difficult for me to tell what could be the reason

are you able to interact with other things?

claim is on sand near clay spot, so there isnt any gates or even fences,
i tried to damage few others pclaims of hermits with no luck, i can do other crimes like lifting, puting things on theirs claims, just for testing i was leaving scents, but couldnt even touch pclaim idol

You can't destroy the claim by hand if the claim is active, they are only hand bashable when new and if they have been left to lapse (run out of presence).
Obviously if you are leaving scents the claim is active.
