cannot launch auto haven

i have java and when i try and open the auto haven i see the black command prompt appear for a second then nothing happens

note java is up to date i have the right java and tired to uninstall and re install still does the same thing

Please post your version of Java and operating system. Also post what hardware you're trying to run with, namely graphics. (If it's integrated graphics, such as with an Intel processor, the processor name and number can give us the graphics information.) Without that basic information, it's hard to diagnose the issue.

You should also be able to find a file called "hs_err_pid.log" on your computer. It is typically in a folder where you installed Java at, but can be elsewhere if another application has redirected its output location. If you can find this and post it, it should give some insight as to what the crash was.
