He did say the wagon interface, and not boat/ship. Not a bug (at this time).

I'd have to read the thread again to see what jorb said about the matter, because I believe it was brought up.

That reads more like "not yet, but planned" to me.

Possible alternative explanation for that text could be that is one dev is not knowing for sure what other dev has, or has not, implemented yet, and not having the mains or time to check that.

there is always a possibility that devs were so overloaded with work, they don't have time to check that ships have "cargo" option instead of "open"
