All my stats are above 316

Playing with the numbers, if I took board quality as 1/2 of what was posted, I got 257. Taking board quality as 1/3 gives me same result as you posted--237. Could be the wiki has the wrong formula posted? Is this differing in what past outcomes have been? (I haven't done the farming in a few worlds, so don't have a reference to what a churn "should" come out to.)

As an FYI: character stats usually aren't taken into account for things under the "build" menu.

edit: I can't say there is or isn't a bug here. Just providing some food for thought until jorb or loftar answer.

Even if its intended, its stupid that the quality would be lower.
If I had to guess, its probably a typo by devs.

It was one of my thoughts, too, but other builds have a similar formula--one ingredient is weighted or only counts partially to the overall quality. What we have from the given results is (a + b/3 + c) / 3.

It seems that in the process of gaining variable materials, the churn also gained a fake 4th ingredient, which is counted as q0.

this seems correct formula with all ingredients divided by 4 is exactly 237.
