thingywall costs wrong? - nevermine im stupid

When i tried to use a thinywall i was at 82%... it said it would cost 3.1... when i went to my destination it said i was at 88%... i then tried to make another jump it said 6.9 but at 88% i was unable to make the jump because it it said i dont have enough travel weariness.

i have no wounds, or negative debuffs or any items that would subtract from my stats... i have 34 will and 37 charisma... not sure what it uses.

is this a bug or do these 3.1 and 6.9 numbers mean nothing?

Your maximum travel weariness is determined by your WIL.

That 3.1 TW cost does not represent a percentage.

Look a little closer. Hover your mouse over the 82% and it might be something like 42.4/51.7

The 88% might be something like 45.5/51.7 (3.1 points more)

If you spent another 6.9 after that, it would bring you to 52.4/51.7 which is 101%. Its not allowed to spend more than your maximum.
